Postpartum Doula Support

One 1 hour prenatal visit where we prepare your home, your relationships, and your mind for your postpartum experience.

Holding/caring for your baby while you take some time for self care.

Grocery shopping and nutritious meal preparation.

Sitz bath herb preparations.

Light chores throughout the house (folding laundry, doing dishes, sanitizing pump and bottle parts, etc.).

Talking through/processing your birth experience and your transition into parenthood.

I will be on call for my birth doula and student midwifery clients, so flexibility is necessary!

Please note: I have not been formally trained as a Postpartum Doula but I feel very comfortable/confident in this role from my experiences supporting families in the past as a Nanny and now as a Birth Doula and Student Midwife.

Postpartum Doula Rates

Day time shifts only in Marin County. 4 hour shifts. $60/hr
